Big Lakes Developmental
Center, Inc. provides the training and preparation required to properly
serve our clients. As an employee, you may have the opportunity to receive
CPR training and/or Mandt training. In addition, all employees are provided
with a half day orientation and a half day of Introductions to Developmental
Disabilities. Upon completing training, our employees have an 
understanding
of what their job entails.
The facility Big Lakes currently occupies, was remodeled specifically to fit our needs. As we continue to grow, the building has as well. This has allowed us to provide our services in a less strained environment. As an employee, you are provided with a large breakroom with vending machines, as well as access to a refrigerator to store food and a full kitchen complete with appliances. Through continuous efforts, the administration at Big Lakes has strived to provide their employees with superior working space.
