Responsible for organization, coordination, development and training of staff in areas of developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol training, American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED, The Mandt System (RCT and AT Level), safety, new employee orientation, ANE, medication briefing, universal precautions, Hepatitis B, and other related training areas and assist with HR functions. ****Must be able to meet all requirements of the position as listed on the job description to include obtaining certification at instructor level for American Red Cross and the Mandt System.
Minimum qualifications include high school graduate or equivalent and two years relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or closely related field preferred. May substitute two years direct care and/or training experience for each year of higher education.
